Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within a minimum of 7 days, in case of any national holidays, so we can receive it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone within the 14-day return period.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for returning the artwork.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the artwork.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions or personalized artwork created specifically for you are non-returnable.
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, and sale items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

  • In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
  • We may request supporting documentation such as photographs to assess the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.

Cancellation of Orders

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the return process outlined above will apply.
